Return and refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return:

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please ensure you request a return before sending items back; otherwise, they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Contact us if you have questions about a specific item. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges:
Please return your item following our standard return procedure and purchase a new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If shipping to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company might also need some extra time to process the refund. If you haven't recieved your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at info@lumore.com.
